How do spies communicate in secret? How can they watch without being spotted? How do you find a hidden clue? And above all… can you take on every challenge of a real spy school?
Before the action begins, students meet some twenty people who left their mark on the history of espionage and intelligence. Then they get to know Edward Snowden and discover some of the fascinating realities of modern spying.
Then, it’s time for action!
In teams, the young spies rotate through 5 interactive stations where they observe, experiment, communicate, solve challenges and, above all… work as a team!
Station 1: Mission: Camouflage
Students discover accessories and techniques used to observe, hide and go unnoticed. They handle surprising objects, try devices for watching discreetly and take on a special obstacle course… walking backwards in spy glasses!
Station 2: Secret vision
Numbers are not always where you see them! With special glasses and observation tools, students decode the information they need to complete the challenge.
Station 3: Morse code
Who was Samuel Morse, and how did his invention let people communicate over long distances?
Students learn Morse code, send and decode messages, then go head to head in a face-off to put their new skills to the test!
Station 4: The secret chest
A hundred keys… several padlocks… and a chest holding a surprise for the whole class!
Students must open as many padlocks as possible to find the three digits that open the chest.
But watch out: no one can succeed alone. The whole group has to cooperate, pooling clues and sharing discoveries to find the final code.
Station 5: Your secret identity
Every spy has a unique signature… their fingerprint!
Students discover their own fingerprints, learn to observe and lift them, and leave with their own fingerprint card as a real souvenir of their mission.
