Snif. Salut à toute l'équipe Profaqua!

Which activity should we choose for our event?
For a group of children who want to handle and test things, the 60-minute workshop. To gather everyone in front of a stage, the magic and science show (kindergarten to grade 6) or the science show (all ages). We can also combine both.
Can the show take place outdoors?
Yes. The shows can be held indoors or outdoors, with no minimum or maximum number of children. We need a clear space, 15-amp outlets and, indoors, access to the light switches; the science show also needs a sink nearby.
Which events can Profaqua take part in?
Birthdays, festivals, family days, corporate events, daycares and preschools, weddings, intergenerational activities and holiday parties. Every activity adapts to your audience, your venue and your needs, as it has for more than 25 years.
Are the activities only for children?
No. Our activities are adapted to children, families, adults and seniors: everyone handles, experiments and discovers. Our intergenerational workshops, for example, bring grandparents and grandchildren together.
Is the activity entirely in French?
Yes. Every Profaqua activity is led in French. For French Immersion and Core French classes, the facilitator adapts the pace and vocabulary and relies on demonstration.
How long does an activity last?
Workshops and shows last 60 minutes. For a holiday party or a family day, we can stay longer with a custom formula: several workshops, a show, or hosting the whole event as master of ceremonies.
Is there a minimum number of children?
Workshops for events are priced for a minimum of one group per day. Shows have no minimum or maximum number of children, which makes them a good fit for large gatherings.
Do you come to our venue?
Yes. Our facilitator comes to the place of your event with the materials. Travel is billed at $0.90 per kilometre, round trip, from our office in New Westminster, with a $25 minimum.
How do we book an activity for our event?
Send the form on this page with the date, the place, the number of children and their ages. Profaqua replies with a personalized proposal within 24 to 72 business hours, with no commitment.
